Safeguarding

Tute is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

At Tute, we recognize that safeguarding is a collective responsibility. All members of our staff, not only teachers, undergo rigorous screening and receive training to recognize and report safeguarding concerns.
We firmly believe that effective safeguarding of our students relies on fostering a culture where both young people and staff feel empowered and supported to voice any concerns they may have. This includes creating an environment where open communication is encouraged and where individuals feel confident in seeking help and reporting any issues they encounter.

How we ensure this

  • creating and promoting a culture of safeguarding in everything we do
  • creating a safe environment in which students and professionals can learn
  • taking every relevant opportunity to promote safeguarding to the young people accessing our services
